What we can help with
Poker is an independent comparison site covering real money online poker. We're happy to hear from readers on things like:
- Corrections to a bonus offer, rake structure, or licensing detail that may have changed
- Suggestions for a poker site or app you think deserves a review
- Feedback on how we scored or ranked a site in our comparisons
- General questions about how the rankings on our tables work
- Reports of broken links, outdated information, or site errors
We review sites such as Coinpoker, Bovada, Stake, Ignition, Americas Card Room and others listed on our comparison pages, and we welcome input from players who have direct experience at any of them — it helps us keep our coverage current.
What we can't do
We're a review and comparison site, not a poker operator, payment processor, or customer support desk for any of the brands we cover. That means we're not able to:
- Access, verify, or make changes to your account at any poker site
- Process deposits, withdrawals, or resolve payment disputes
- Handle KYC verification or identity document checks
- Issue or clear bonus offers on behalf of an operator
For any of the above, you'll need to contact the poker site or app directly through its own support channel — usually found in its help centre or account settings. We simply don't have access to operator systems or player accounts.
How our commercial relationships work
Poker earns commission when readers click through to some of the poker sites we list and sign up. This doesn't affect how sites are ranked — our editorial ratings are based on the criteria described across our comparison pages, not on which operator pays the most. If you have questions about how a specific ranking was reached, that's exactly the kind of message we're glad to receive.

Age and eligibility
Poker is intended for adults of legal gambling age only. Most regulated US states set the minimum age for online poker at 21, though a small number allow 18. Real money poker is legal only in states that have specifically regulated it, and it's the player's responsibility to confirm that online poker is legal and licensed in their own state before signing up anywhere. A note on responsible play
Poker involves real financial risk, and no amount of skill removes that risk entirely. We don't present poker as a way to earn income or solve money problems, and we'd rather you play within limits you're comfortable with than chase a loss.
